Bose AR Calibration Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble with Bose AR-enabled device calibration, try starting from the beginning:

  1. Force close the Earplay application. 
  2. Power down the Bose AR-enabled device by turning upside down
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on the iPhone
  4. Press the button on the Bose AR-enabled device to turn it on
  5. Turn the iPhone Bluetooth on
  6. Pair the devices or verify that they have automatically connected
  7. Open the Earplay application and tap the Bose AR icon
  8. Press Connect and pick the device again for a solid connection
  9. Attempt calibration again using the provided instructions at this page:
