I can't log in to my account

There are a few reasons you may be getting an error message when you try to log in to your Earplay account.

If you are seeing "Incorrect Username or Password," follow these steps, which fix some of the simpler login errors:

  1. Check your inbox for the confirmation e-mail you received from Earplay when you registered. If there's no email, you may have made a typo, or registered another address by mistake.
  2. Make sure there are no typos in the username field or spaces after your Earplay e-mail address.
  3. Carefully type in your password, with Caps Lock turned off and the correct capitalization. Your Earplay password is case-sensitive.

If you're still having trouble after these steps, you can reset your password.

If you're concerned the e-mail address is wrong, please send us the address you want to have registered with Earplay, to support@earplay.com (or click "Contact Us" below). Our team will reset your account with the new address and send you your login details. After you log in successfully, you can reset the password to whatever you like!
